The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 240 m² air-conditioned house in Pomérols to rent for up to 10 people.
It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 20 m² lounge with connected TV, sofas... - A large entrance hall with benches and cloakrooms - A dining room for up to 12 people - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A separate WC On the 1ᵉʳ floor: (fully air-conditioned) - A reading area - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room with shower and WC On the 2ᵉ floor (fully air-conditioned): - A 60 m² living room under a cathedral roof - Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 5: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - a bathroom with bath and WC The house is ideally located in Pomérols, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities - A tennis court is 100m away. - The wide-open spaces of the vineyards for running or cycling. - Visit the wine cooperative. - Visit the town of Pézenas and its historic centre with the "mirondella". Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Marseillan-Plage train station, about 16 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport, about 23 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen included. - Towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
