Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² house with a view of the forest in Plougastel-Daoulas to rent for up to 4 people.
It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 20 m² living room with sofa and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×190) - Mezzanine with two single beds Outside: - A beautiful 300 m² private garden (not enclosed) with views of the forest - A 12 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Plougastel-Daoulas, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Brest 14 km away (about 20 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne 15 km (about 20 minutes by car) You will need a car to fully enjoy the region. Other remarks: - The wood-burning stove is decorative and not functional. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Le grand frigo, le grand congélateur. Le piano....
L'espace, les volumes, la propreté, la douche....
J'oubliais, belle qualité de literie en 160, c'est appréciable
Relativisons.... Malgré tout, la télé capte très mal et les losanges animent les soirées.
Les chauffages d'appoint mal adaptés au volume de la demeure.
Rassurez-vous, nous avons passé un excellent séjour confortable
