In the commune of Xonrupt-Longemer, we offer this charming 170 m² house with mountain views for rent, which can accommodate up to 14 guests. It features an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Living room with sofa, TV and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A laundry room
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed
- Shower room
- Separate WC
1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (80×200) that can be brought together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds (80×200) that can be brought together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 4 : with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds)
- A shower room with WC
- A large living room with piano, table soccer, lounge (with fireplace and TV)
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 5 : with a double bed and 2 single beds
Exterior:
- A 25 m², south-facing, unfenced terrace with direct access from the furnished kitchen.
- A 20 m² north-facing terrace on the 1st floor, with furniture
- A lovely 1,000 m² garden (not fenced) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Xonrupt-Longemer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Summer: hiking, downhill mountain biking, activities on the Xonrupt-Longemer lake (pedal boats, swimming, water sports), acrobranche, equestrian activities, etc.
Winter: downhill skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, snowshoeing, etc.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Epinal 45 km (48 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg, 110 km (1h35 by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optics).
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
- The stairs are steep.
