This charming 51 m² apartment in Bondy can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi, Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The apartment comprises - 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath and WC Exterior: - A 6 m² terrace with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in Bondy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's parking lot (a private space is reserved for you). For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare de Bondy 700 m away (10 min walk) - Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport 19 km (34 min by car) Other remarks : - Free wifi available - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.

We wanted a place to stay for two days of the Paris Paralympics. Bondy is within easy access of the roads in to Paris from the north/Calais. Easy and secure parking underground. The flat was clean and bright. 10 min walk to the station, 20 minutes in to Saint-Lazare. The host was very helpful and responsive to queries. Thank you very much

Moulin à Vent Sud Séjour au top, que j’ai d’ailleurs prolongé d’une semaine. Hôte réactif, logement bien situé et propre à proximité de divers commerces
