The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 100 m² house for rent in Dinard, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics) and able to accommodate up to 6 travellers. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 50 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven (combined oven and microwave), toaster, dishwasher, hob...- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful 50 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Dinard, in the St Enogat district, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: 15 km in St Malo
- Nearest airport: 80 km in Rennes
Other remarks :

You'll also be very close to the Dinard thalassotherapy centre, ideal for a spa treatment or a day of pampering.

Saint Malo is a fifteen-minute drive away, and you can take the taxi-boat to get there in just 10 minutes.

Appartement en rez de jardin d’une copropriété très récente. Très propre, très bien équipé et literie confortable. Décoration moderne et soignée. Excellente procédure d’accueil avec l’organisme gestionnaire du bien. À deux pas des commerces et de la plage, au calme absolu

Logement très propre, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour un bon séjour (petit bémol pour le micro onde absent), accueil chaleureux, lieu très calme, proche de la plage, du centre ville. Tout est à disposition, boulangerie, pharmacie, boucher, bar, restaurant … etc à seulement 3 minutes à pied !
