In the commune of Les Angles, we offer this charming flat for rent, with a view of the mountains and Lac de Matemale.
This 58 m² apartment is within walking distance of the ski resort and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a lovely 22 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower) and a ski locker for added convenience.
Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - An entrance hall. - A 22 m² living room with sofa, TV, wood-burning stove (first flambé free of charge) and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed. - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 12 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment.
You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Activities : - Ski resort 150 m away: skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, tobogganing, snake gliss, cross-country skiing... - Dog-sleigh rides, ice diving, - Bowling, cinema, playground, Angléo Spa aqua ludique. - Summer sledging open all year round, electrically-assisted mountain bikes suitable for snow. - Angleo Balneo & Spa less than 2 km away Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park in front of the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - During winter, a free shuttle bus will take you to the bottom of the resort, stopping close to the flat. - You can park directly in a private space for two vehicles. - Nearest train station: Ax-les-Thermes 72km away (about 1h20 by car) - Nearest airport: Perpignan 92km (about 1 hour 30 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - The wood-burning stove is functional, first flambé free of charge - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes preparing accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a proper state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).

La station est super. Tout le confort dans le logement. 2 petites améliorations cependant la pression de la douche très faible et l'aspirateur qui n'est pas puissant du tout mais ça n'a pas gâché notre séjour. La localisation est top on peut rejoindre une piste à pieds en 3mn ou la navette juste en face. On a adoré. La vue est parfaite et le petit poêle à bois est un vrai plus.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Logement bien agencé, les 2 salles d'eau avec WC très appréciables, le poêle à bois comme à la maison. Le mode de chauffage électrique chauffe très bien. La vue sur le lac est belle. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. N'hésitez pas réservez sans craintes.
