The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Praz-sur-Arly, this charming flat with mountain view, with ski resort within walking distance, with a surface area of 38 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a sleeping area and a bathroom. Bed linen included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 24 m² living room with a sofa, dining area, balcony access and TV.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) and closets
- Bedroom 2 (night space) : double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath and shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, raclette set, radio CD, DVD player, fan, ironing board and iron. Board games are also available.
Outside:
- A balcony of around 7m² with a view of the slopes and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Praz-sur-Arly, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Activities :
- Winter sports: skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and tobogganing await you! The ski slopes are a 7-minute walk from the flat. (The shuttle bus stop is in front of the building).
- In summer, explore the mountains on hikes, fly over the peaks in hot-air balloons and paragliders, cycle the trails and cool off in the alpine lakes.
- You can immerse yourself in the region's rich heritage with visits to cheese cooperatives and the charming town of Megève.
- The leisure park is a 5-minute walk away, with basketball court, city football, various games for children, minigolf, tennis court, tree climbing, restaurant and snack bar.
- A lake with swimming and water sports activities is a 6-minute walk away.
- What's more, just 35 km away, discover the wonders of Chamonix, with the imposing Aiguille du Midi, the majestic Mer de Glace and the picturesque Montenvers train. A holiday where the adventures are endless, whatever the season!
