## Space
Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can explore the magic of the city on foot (architecture classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site). You will be staying at the foot of the town hall, 500 meters from the beach, and close to shops.
This superb apartment has been renovated to replicate the spirit of Perret's era. You will be charmed by its authentic period decor, its continuous balcony, and its unobstructed view.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a magnificent, calm, and secure residence with an elevator. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. Suitable for 2 people, it is laid out as follows
A semi-open kitchen fully equipped (refrigerator, oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.) allowing you to prepare delicious meals.
A living room with a lounge and dining area. It features a very comfortable leather sofa from the "DS-47 De Sede 1970" brand and a Samsung Smart TV.
A bedroom with a dressing area and direct access to the balcony, equipped with a high-quality double bed (140x200 cm).
A bathroom with an Italian-style shower. Separate WC.
The accommodation is very bright and offers an unobstructed view of Le Havre. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 2 travelers.
We can provide you with a badge granting access to the shared parking area. However, the spaces are not assigned, and we cannot guarantee availability.
⚠️ Temporary access notice – construction work: Due to the connection works to Le Havre’s district heating network scheduled for early August 2025, the residence’s parking lot will unfortunately be temporarily inaccessible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

LET’S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and to activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages.
## Access
By staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation. We can provide you with a badge for access to the communal parking. However, the spaces are not assigned, and we cannot guarantee availability. Parking is chargeable around the accommodation from 9 AM to 12 PM, then from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A little trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a good way to explore the city. The nearest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan), Town Hall, or Coty - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15 minutes extra. 7-day package €23.

The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping needs, food lovers will be satisfied with Les Halles, located less than 100 meters from the apartment, and the merchants on Rue de Paris, at the foot of the building. Additionally, a small Carrefour Market open every day from 7 AM to 9 PM is nearby.

- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation

- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
