Main House - Sleeps 13 Living Areas: The home features two distinct sitting rooms; one with a cozy stove, and another with a desk and direct access to the private beach.
The bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area has a large table for 12, an island with a breakfast bar, and floor-to-ceiling windows with doors leading to the garden. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a double oven, 5-ring hob, dishwasher, and a Samsung fridge-freezer. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The main house has 6 bedrooms, 2 main bathrooms, and 3 shower rooms. Bedroom 1: Double Bed & Single Day Bed. Bedroom 2: Double Bed. Bedroom 3: Double Bed. Bedroom 4: Double Bed. Bedroom 5: Double Bed. Bedroom 6: Two Twin Beds. Outdoor Living: A paved patio off the kitchen features a BBQ and a large, raised seating area with stunning sea views.

A fabulous house in a fabulous location perfect for family and or friends gathering. Plenty of space so you are not under each others feet, third visit and booked for next year.

The bedrooms are well planned for mix of quiet and not so quiet or young and not so young! Well equipped kitchen, great selection of books, comfy garden furniture. Pizza oven. Suited everyone with a huge age range!
Your service is first class. We had a minor hitch which was dealt with straight away

Second time at the Guinness house and it was even better than the first. The house is the most perfect location and is spotless, everything you could need for a family get together. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. This place holds a really special place in all our hearts and we can't wait to come back again <3
