Cocoonr is pleased to present this charming house in the town of Montélimar, featuring mountain views and a swimming pool.
It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: - A 50 m² living room with a TV, sofa… - A dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Two shower rooms - Two separate toilets For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, 3 fans, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private swimming pool (9m x 4m), fitted with an alarm, unfenced, unheated and open all year round - A lush, enclosed garden of 800 m² - A covered terrace of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A terrace of 20 m² accessible from both bedrooms The house is ideally situated in Montélimar, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (2 vehicles) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Montélimar, a 10-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Valence Chabeuil Airport, approximately 39 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included; mattress toppers provided - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are welcome free of charge.
Only one pet is permitted per stay. - The property has unguarded stairs, so please take particular care with young children - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.

The house had a spacious living area opening to a large garden and a pool. The area was quiet but a reasonable walk to the centre of Montelimar along footpaths that were variable in quality. The house was reasonably well equipped but had a few shortcomings - wine glasses and cooking utensils and weak WiFi. The Drome area featured numerous hill top villages and we particularly enjoyed Valences.

Bon accueil de la personne en charge de la maison.
Bon emplacement, à proximité de beaucoup de restaurants, musée du nougat, supermarché etc
Les matelas des lits sont à changer. Dans la première chambre, le matelas est très dur mais supportable, en revanche dans la chambre du fond, le matelas est un vieux matelas à ressorts, et là, impossible de dormir. Nous avons passé une semaine sans pouvoir dormir, vacances non reposantes pour le ...

La maison est très jolie et bien placée. On peut accéder au centre ville à pied.
Si nos journées ont été très agréables, nos nuits ont été compliquées. De précédents avis avaient signalé que la literie était dure, mais en fait, les matelas sont hors d'âge et on dort sur les ressorts. Nous l'avons si...
