Its excellent location makes it a perfect choice for a stay in Valencia, as it is less than 5 minutes from the promenade, with a bus and tram stop just a few meters away and very close to the Polytechnic University. Great quiet apartment in updated building. Some great restaurants and gelato/ bakery around the corner. Enjoyed checking out Cabanyal area probably more fun in summer to use the beach
