Laid out over one floor, No. 6 The Vista has three spacious bedrooms and luxurious open plan living which has been designed for entertaining and socialising. There are top notch fixtures and fittings throughout like high quality beds, beautiful bathrooms and a wonderful fully kitted out kitchen / diner. As with our other Willingcott properties, this home will have access to the extensive shared grounds as well as its own outdoor space in the form of a large wrap-around decked terrace with a gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and a gorgeous bubbling hot tub.
Set within 100 acres of countryside, Willingcott is surrounded by numerous walking routes and cycle tracks. The Tarka Trail runs right past the site, while the South West Coast Path is within easy reach, so for those who wish to experience North Devon’s beauty and scenery, it doesn’t get better. Woolacombe Beach which has been awarded a ‘World Class Surfing Reserve’ status boasts 3 miles of golden beach and famous Atlantic swells so days can be spent sunbathing, swimming, rock pooling or surfing. Other wonderful beaches in the area include Barricane with its fantastic Sri Lankan food hut, Putsborough, Saunton Sands and Croyde.
