Nestled in a privileged setting within a 21-hectare private estate (11 hectares of which are fenced), this villa is a haven of peace with panoramic views overlooking meadows, two horses, sheep, parakeets, two donkeys, ducks, chickens, and woods.
Ideally located for exploring Toulouse and the surrounding region, it is just 15 minutes from the center of Toulouse (10 minutes by metro) and secured by an electric gate with video intercom.
Features include a private enclosed garden with terraces, a non-smoking property, a private spa (available from May to October), three terraces plus a summer gazebo, three garden lounges, sun loungers, and secure parking.
Amenities include badminton, an outdoor games room on the mezzanine with foosball, ping-pong, various skittles, swings, a children's slide, and a trampoline.
There is also a treehouse with games. Perfect for short or long business or leisure stays, or for those seeking peace and relaxation.

Gîte bien équipé et bien exposé. Cadre bucolique très agréable et bien entretenu par un couple de propriétaires unis dans l'effort et la jovialité. Pour un séjour au calme tout en étant à proximité relative de l'agglomération toulousaine ...

Très beau gîte, lumineux et chaleureux. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et permettent de se sentir à la campagne malgré sa proximité avec Toulouse. Les propriétaires sont charmants et donnent de très bons conseils pour visiter Toulouse et sa région.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est parfaitement bien équipé et tout confort et se site dans un cadre idyllique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Merci beaucoup ! Notre seul regret est de pas avoir pu profiter plus à cause de la canicule.
