Jean-Michel built this large, modern wooden chalet, perfectly integrated into its surroundings, to house his second home on the two upper levels and a gîte on the ground floor (independent access via a staircase from the road below). Nestled in the woods, the house is ideally located at the entrance to the Mourtis resort, where outdoor activities are offered in both summer and winter.

100m from the tennis courts, 200m from the ski slopes (a free shuttle stops at the end of the path), and hiking and mountain biking trails are available from the chalet. Saint-Béat is only 11km away (shops and services, swimming pool, Lac de Géry, fishing in the Garonne, etc.), the Pyrénées Hô leisure park is 17km away (tree climbing, giant zip line, etc.), Spain is 20km away, and Luchon is 32km away (thermal baths, golf, etc.).

A staircase leads to the gîte from the road below, where parking is available. A large private covered terrace at the gîte houses garden furniture and a plancha grill. A bowling alley extends into the terrace. The large shared entrance provides access to a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
