Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 270 m² air-conditioned villa with swimming pool for rent in Belgodère, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises an attractive 60 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, five shower rooms and a 200 m² garden. The accommodation is composed as follows : Ground floor: - The 4 bedrooms have queen-size beds (160×200) with en-suite shower rooms and covered terraces. - Separate WC First floor: - 60 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining table - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A private swimming pool (8mx4mx1.4m), covered with electric shutter, heated and open from March to November (unheated in July/August). Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change. - A beautiful 200 m² garden - A first-floor terrace and a 45 m² ground-floor covered terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather. - A 60 m² terrace on the 1st floor The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the town and beaches. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot (4 spaces). For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest airport : Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport (47 min) Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
