Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Carolles, we offer this charming 220 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 15 people and is less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a 650 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, table football, sofa...
- A dining room
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite WC and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200), en suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room
- Two separate WCs
On the second floor:
- A video games area with a double sofa bed
- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps 3), en-suite shower room with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely 650 m² enclosed garden
- A 45 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather and an outdoor kitchen.
The house is ideally located in Carolles, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- A pétanque and leisure football pitch 200 m from the accommodation.
- Hiking trails, with customs officers' paths and walks in the painters' valley.
- Paragliding spot.
- Jullouville seaside resort 5 minutes away, Granville 18 minutes away, with its casino, theatre, Dior house, etc.
- Mont-Saint-Michel 40 minutes away.
- D-Day beaches 1h30 away.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Granville station about 23 minutes by car; Avranches station about 20 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport about 1 hour 15 minutes by car; Caen-Carpiquet about 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
