The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Aix-en-Provence.
It has a floor area of 170 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You can enjoy a garden of around 1,500 m²! Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor - A 45 m² living room with sofas, coffee table, dining area, table football and TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area - A separate toilet Upstairs - Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: two single beds pushed together to form a double bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) - Bedroom 5: one single bed (90×190) - A bathroom with a bath - A shower room - A separate toilet 3 additional beds are available.
Removable 90 x 190 beds. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private, unheated swimming pool (4×8), secured by a fence, with sun loungers, available all year round - A beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,500 m² with garden furniture - A private terrace of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A 30 m² balcony The house is ideally situated in Aix-en-Provence, in a peaceful and very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all essential shops within a 15-minute walk, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: Renowned for its relaxed way of life, the city of Aix-en-Provence is also known for the charm of its old town.
Adorned with beautiful plane trees, it invites you to take a leisurely stroll: cosy little squares, numerous 17th- and 18th-century mansions, charming fountains, lovely shops, bustling café terraces, and flower markets, as well as fruit and vegetable markets, evoking the colours and scents of Provence. - Tourist attractions: Montagne Sainte-Victoire, Marseille, the Calanques National Park... - Sporting activities: tennis nearby (Country Club), cycling, hiking, etc. - Cultural visits: the Granet Museum, MuCEM – Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations… - Culinary heritage: candied fruit from Apt, anchoïade, lavender honey, herbes de Provence, Cavaillon melon, Provençal olive oil, calissons… - Events: the Aix-en-Provence Easter Festival (April, classical music), the Aix-en-Provence Opera Festival (July) and many more!
