Welcome to our beautiful house in Wigan. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 7.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
There is a sofa bed in the living area that can comfortably sleep 2.

There is one full-size bathroom.
The bathroom has a toilet and sink, shower and bathtub.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4 pm and c heck-out is 10 am.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- There is free parking available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Quiet hours in the property are between 8 am and 8 pm. Noise must be kept to a minimum during these hours. We hold the right to terminate a booking if noise complaints are received at the cost of the guest.

ON DEPARTURE
• Put all dirty towels in the bath ready to be washed
• Ensure that the washing of dishes is done and put away.
• Empty the fridge
• Rubbish to be taken out

Charges
• Any extra guests not agreed prior will be charged at £50 per guest per night.
• No Smoking in the house £75 Fine
