The house is situated in the most tranquil area of the village.
The main entrance opens to a front patio where you can soak in the spirit and essence of village life from bygone days.
If you enter through the garage (with a height limit of 1.90m and an electric vehicle charger), you'll find a fully equipped independent laundry area and access to the upper floors.
The main floor features: - A living room with a fireplace. - A dining area. - An open, fully equipped kitchen. - A guest half-bath.
On the first floor, there is: - A full bathroom with a shower. - Three bedrooms: one single, one with two beds, and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The top floor, with its high wooden sloped ceilings, is dedicated entirely to: - A bedroom with a double bed. - A small home office area. - A walk-in closet leading to a full bathroom with a bathtub. - This floor also boasts impressive mountain views from the terrace.
