Agence Cocoonr offers you this converted family home with 5 accommodation units, each named after a member of the family. So this is where Nicole, the family artist, used to paint. Always quiet, always in the centre of town, always with a view of nature and Place Stanislas.
This charming studio, measuring 37 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift). It consists of a pretty living room with a sleeping area, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The studio is made up as follows
- A living area with a sofa bed, dining table and TV, and a sleeping area with a king-size bed (180x200).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
The studio is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will have a private parking space at your disposal.
Nearest train station: Nancy train station, 8 minutes away by car (1.1 km)
Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport, 2 hrs 10 mins by car (150 km)
The property has a private car park, although access may be temporarily restricted during certain local events (e.g. Saint-Nicolas, Le festival du Livre sur la Place, or other events). Access to the car park may be restricted according to the times set by the town. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information prior to your arrival.

Prachtige kamer, stijlvol gerenoveerd. Genoten van ons verblijf.
