Please note that privacy is partial, as being in an urbanization, you have neighbours nearby. Once inside, you can enjoy all the comforts this accommodation offers.

You can relax on the comfortable sofa in the living room while watching TV or cook something in the kitchen, which is open to the dining room and equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.

When it's time to sleep, you can use the bedroom available, which has a double bed, and up to two more people can stay in the property thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
