Renovated house situated in the countryside, 8 km from the village of Challans and 6 km from the village of Commequiers. The accommodation is close to the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (20 km) and Saint-Jean-de-Monts (22 km) and 35 km from the bridge of Noirmoutier.

The cottage, attached to the owners' house, consists on the ground floor of a living room/lounge/kitchen, a first bedroom adapted PMR (1 bed 140) with shower and toilet, as well as a second bedroom (1 bed 160) with bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, access by covered staircase located in the entrance veranda to a third bedroom (1 bed 160 + 2 beds 90 gigognes) with bathroom and separate toilet.
A glass door in the living room allows access from the inside to the swimming pool (3.20x7.20m) covered, heated, open all year round. The pool room has a shower and gives access to a 4th independent toilet.
Outside, fully enclosed garden, gravel courtyard allowing parking of several cars, covered terrace (summer kitchen with barbecue, outdoor games), open terrace (tables and chairs, deckchairs), petanque pitch.
Second plot with trees facing the house (garden lounge, hammocks).
Bikes made available by the owners.
The house is surrounded by organic natural meadows, on a hillside, with suckler cows grazing from May to October. Heating included. Sheets and towels provided.
