In a residence with elevator, the apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with bath and double sink, a cagibi and a large terrace overlooking the beaches of the Capuchins. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system and each room is equipped with wall fans hung on the ceiling.

On the night side you will find two bedrooms each composed of two single beds 90 x 190 cm glued (making a double bed 180 cm) and several means of storage.

On the bathroom you will find a large double sink, a towel dryer and a bathtub.

The living room is composed of two sofas and a TV with a DVD player and cassette perfect for the little ones!

The terrace has a dining table so you can enjoy a good meal with stunning views of the Capuchin beach.

Parking:
The apartment has a private parking space inside the residence. The residence is completely closed by a coded gate and an electric gate.

Equipment:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good set of appliances, you have everything to cook! Air conditioning in the living room.

Environment:
The beach of the Capucins is a pretty beach right next to the small port of the Capucins. Made of sand and gravel, the Beach des Capucins enjoys all the amenities: emergency post, toilet, playground for children.

A sandy playground has been created and nearby restaurants make it a safe and pleasant family beach to frequent.

And like all the beaches of La Ciotat, it offers an amazing landscape between the famous Bec de l'Aigle and the enchanting bay.

Sheets and towels :
As an optional fee and on request (20 euros the single bed kit / 25 euros the double bed kit and 15 euros for towels with one large and one small per person).

Household:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.

Animals:
Not allowed for respect of the neighborhood.

Security at key delivery:
A bank card print will be requested at the key-collection. The amount is equal to one week's rental.
