For your holidays we propose to rent this air-conditioned apartment of about 55 m2 with its large terrace in the heart of the district of St Jean and therefore close to the sandy beaches and shops.

Housing:
Access to the apartment is via a few stairs overlooking a large terrace and away from sights to enjoy your family meals.

The T3 is very bright and it is composed of a beautiful living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. On the night side, there is a bedroom with a double bed in 140 equipped with a large closet for your storage and a second bedroom with two single bunk beds and a drawer bed allowing three extra beds. A closet also allows you to store your belongings.

Parking:
To park, St Jean's car park is located right in front of the accommodation. This one's not paying. In addition, you also have a parking space located 100 m away allowing you to park free of charge.
