Cambo les bains : on the ground floor of a sunny villa, apartment T1 bis fully renovated, with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction plate, refrigerator, microwave, TV...), 1 bedroom (bed 140) with ensuite bathroom, a separate toilet, a west facing terrace, a veranda facing north. Free parking at 30 meters.
Internet access. Animals not allowed
Bed linen and toiletries are not provided (paid benefit to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be made clean (possibility of providing a paid housekeeping service)
An inventory of the dwellings is made at each departure (cf. art. 1731 of the Civil Code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report what they feel is not compliant, or what our services would have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a holiday, or before 8:00 a.m. on the morning of their departure, a pre-situation will be carried out by the agency the day before the departure. The latter will show that everything is working and that no deterioration is to be regretted. In the case of a pre-situation, the deposit will be cancelled (CB) or cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.

Optional services to pay on site and to book before your arrival :
- Bed linen/dress/week: €10.
- Toilet linen/kit per person/week: 5 €.
- T1 Bis output cleaning : 44 €.
