Holiday Rentals in Sète : Nice 2 rooms of 25m2 located in a residence facing the sea with common swimming pool (pool open from 15 June to 15 September). From its terrace there is a beautiful sea view. Located on the 6th floor with elevator. The beach is 1.4 km away and shops are 50m away. Residence a few steps from the fishing port of Sète.
The apartment has an airy bedroom with a bed of 140 for 2 people. The living room consists of a sofa bed (for two persons), tv, storage. The kitchenette is equipped with electric hobs, fridge, washing machine, mini oven and microwave, toaster. The bathroom (vasque, bathtub) is separated from the toilet. The apartment has a closed garage in the basement carrying the n°302 of dimensions 2m l x 5m L x 1m80 H.
