Located on the raised ground floor, it is composed of a functional and well equipped kitchen, overlooking the bright living room with its view of the park. You have a dining area and a cosy lounge. The room on the park side is equipped with a double bed of 160. The office room overlooking the garden, has a bed of 90 and an additional bed of 80.
