The 27 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the 10ᵉ floor of a quiet, secure residence (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom, a shower room and a balcony terrace to enjoy a beautiful view of the Ecluse beach.
The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room, lounge, dining room with sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, two-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - A sleeping area separated by a glass roof with 1 double bed (140×190).
Note that there is no circulation space on either side of the bed. - A bathroom with shower - A separate WC Outside: - A balcony/terrace to enjoy the fine weather and the magnificent view of the Ecluse beach and Saint-Malo.
The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets in Dinard...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available nearby.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: 15 km in Saint-Malo - Nearest airport: 80 km in Rennes Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - The accommodation does not have television - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
