Casa Acosta - the best views in Estepona on the New Golden Mile!
The apartment:
This 2 Bed has one of the best panoramic sea views of the Costa del sol!
The spacious apartment is situated on the new golden mile between Estepona and Marbella in the well known residential urbanization of Acosta Los Flamingos and opposite the prestigious Hotel Villa Padierna, Benahavis.
The complex offers secure underground parking and a beautiful pool area with communal sunbeds and incredible views over the mountains, the golf valley to the sea, Gibraltar, and the coast of Morocco.
The apartment is arranged over one floor with a lift to the parking and pool area.
The apartment offers a fresh, fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room.
The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished with a dining table, chairs and a sofa, carefully positioned to enjoy the view at all times.
There is also a smart TV and WIFI. The lounge leads out onto the southwest facing covered terrace which is furnished with a dining table and an outside lounge.
There is glass balustrading offering stunning uninterrupted panoramic views over the valley. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom including a showering bath and separate shower cubicle.
The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has use of the guest bathroom fitted with a bath with an overhead shower unit. There is aircon and wifi throughout and a large garaged parking for 1 car. The apartment perfectly combines comfort with exceptional views and offers 24 hour community security. The complex boasts 2 beautiful communal swimming pools and 2 padel-tennis courts. The Location: This stunning hillside location offers breathtaking views of the sea, golf courses, natural lake and mountains.

Netheid en uitrusting waren goed. Televisie iets kleiner. Verlichting in salon/eetkamer hangt veel te laag en is storend voor hoofd ! Verlichting is te zwak om te lezen.In keuken ontbreekt een afwas keukenhanddoek. Service ontvangst en check out is heel vriendelijk.
