The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Tournefeuille, this charming 40 m² flat with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, armchairs and TV.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, drying rack.
Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, secured by a fence and open from 1 June to 30 September.
- An 18 m² east-facing covered terrace with sitting area and dining area.
The flat is ideally located in Tournefeuille, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Colourful facades : From soft pink to flamboyant orange, a warm palette.
- Historic centre: Discover gems such as the Capitole, the Basilique Saint-Sernin, the Jacobins Convent and the Hôtel d'Assézat.
- Canal du Midi: A UNESCO World Heritage site, the Canal du Midi links Toulouse to the Mediterranean on foot, by bike or by boat.
- Typical restaurants: Taste some of the must-taste local dishes.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (1 vehicle), in the small car park in front of the residence or in the street.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau, about 12 km away (20 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse, about 8 km away (9 min by car)
Other remarks :
- You must fill in the welcome form, specifying your arrival and departure times, and whether or not you need the extra bed (sofa locked and can be opened on request, with a code).
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Baby cot available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
- The neighbourhood is close to industrial sites such as Airbus.
