Apartment 3 rooms duplex, 50 m2 (Law Carrez) located on the 4th floor of a residence without elevator. It includes:
First level:
- an entrance with cupboards
- a living room with a clic sofa (for 2 new people), 2 armchair, coffee table, dresser, TV, satellite decoder HD
- a dining area with a table, 3 chairs, corner bench. This space overlooks a south facing balcony with views of the slopes and the centre of the resort
- a kitchenette equipped with an electric stove (4 hot plates + oven), refrigerator top table and microwave
Upstairs:
- a traffic bearing with dresser and closets, pullaway beds (for 2 persons)
- a mansard room with a double bed (for 2 persons), wardrobe, bedside and folding chair
- one bedroom with twin beds (for 2 persons), wardrobe, bedside and chair
- a bathroom with washbasin and shower
- Separate toilet with hand washers
Private cellar #9. Collective parking of the residence. Private swimming pool access in the Enchalpe building on the ground floor
Cable car departure and nearby shops
The apartment is equipped with blankets, dishes and kitchen utensils.
It does not include linen or bed linen.
The household at the end of the stay is at the tenant's expense.
A cleaning protocol meeting current sanitary standards is provided between each rental
