Holly Cottage is a charming Grade II-listed property set in the wonderful coastal town of Lyme Regis, Dorset.
Just a stone's throw away from the beach, this delightful cottage offers a barbecue for al fresco dining, making it the perfect choice for a pet-friendly getaway with family and friends.
After spending the day exploring the stunning coastal town of Lyme Regis, return to Holly Cottage and relax in one of the two double bedrooms, each offering a homely space to rest and rejuvenate.
Freshen up in the stylish shower room, before heading to the external utility area to take care of any laundry needs.
Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, then gather in the inviting living/dining room, warmed by the woodburning stove, for an evening in with your loved ones.

Holly Cottage has two double bedrooms serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. There's an external utility with a washer/dryer. There's a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, small AGA, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer, hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There's a living/dining room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for a woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there's an enclosed garden with raised terrace and furniture, lawned area, patio with furniture and barbecue. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Parking permit for one car. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Enjoy a seaside retreat at Holly Cottage. Note: There's a step up into the kitchen. Note: There are three steps up one of the bedrooms. Note: Wine cooler and freezer are in the external utility. Note: No vehicle access to the front door. Note: The permit is for Woodmead Carpark.
Note: The Cottage is accessed via a steep pedestrianised lane and access to Woodmead Carpark can only be accessed by navigating the steep hill - access is not suitable for the elderly or people who struggle with mobility.
Note: Please be aware that the property is visited by a gardener once every two weeks to keep the property looking lovely and for your enjoyment. They will attend on alternative Thursdays between 1pm- 5pm and will knock to check you are happy for them to access the back garden through the property. This is starting from the 26th March 2026 and will run until the end of Dec, starting again in March 2027. The cottage is overall good with quality fixtures and fitting and conveniently located to both town and the beach The cottage would be further enhanced is a mirror was installed in the front bedroom The kitchen is well equipped but no teapot which as a tea drinker was disappointing

The cottage is stunning. And we really enjoyed our stay. In the welcome book there was plenty of information about the surrounding area, but we had no clue how to work the hob. Instructions would have been very handy, along with some wood for the fire, as we could not check in until later.

Beautifully presented cottage in a very quiet lane! Lovely completely enclosed garden offering a grass area and two patios! Kitchen very well equipped with an amazing coffee machine!!! Would highly recommend a stay at Holly Cottage
