Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Chamrousse, featuring mountain views and within walking distance of the ski resort.
It measures 68 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.
We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 35 m² living area with a sofa, a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190) and an en-suite bathroom with a bath - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (80x190) which can be joined to form a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3: a cabin-style room (without a window) with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), featuring a door - A sleeping area in the hallway, fitted with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), which can be screened off with a curtain - A shower room with shower and toilet - A separate toilet Outside: - A south-facing balcony of 17 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A wellness area shared with the whole residence: • 1 heated outdoor swimming pool (when the outside temperature is below 20°C) • 1 hot tub • 1 or 2 saunas (depending on usage) • 1 fitness room The leisure area is open 7 days a week during the winter season (from 5 December to 11 April, 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm, 7 days a week) and during the summer season (July–August) (Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the residence, for example in the event of special occasions). The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as the chairlift and ski school just 300 metres away, three ski hire shops within 300 metres, a grocery shop 20 metres away, and four restaurants within 500 metres. Activities: - Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing: The ski slopes start 300 metres away, with the Bachat chairlift (4-seater) also starting there The ESF Chamrousse 1700 meeting point is at the foot of the chairlift, as is the ski lift ticket office where you can purchase lift passes. For cross-country skiing, the Nordic area is visible from the balcony and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. - Mountain hikes for all levels - Tree-top adventure course a 5-minute walk away - Via ferrata, rock climbing (on boulders or cliffs) - Equestrian club in summer, a 10-minute walk away; dog sledding in winter - Mountain biking, road cycling - Grenoble 45 mins away - Chamrousse on the slopes - ‘Les Enchantés’ choral festival If you’re visiting out of season, almost all shops will be closed.
Please don’t hesitate to check with the tourist office before your stay. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Grenoble, 37 km away (1 hour 5 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Grenoble, 80 km away (1 hour 15 minutes by car) - Shuttle bus: Free shuttle buses run throughout Chamrousse, stopping in front of the building during the winter and summer seasons Other transport options: Take the bus to “Gare d’Uriage”, then travel up to Chamrousse on the T87 bus, or use Blablacar or a taxi Other notes: - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €30 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking - Bed linen, tea towels and bath towels are not included but can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - You are responsible for cleaning the property yourself (clear and precise instructions will be provided) or you may ask the concierge service to do this (at an additional cost). - Children must be supervised by a parent whilst swimming.

We had an amazing weekend stay in Chamrousse! The apartment offered breathtaking views that truly took our breath away. It was conveniently close to ski slopes and all the amenities we needed. Thank you to Guillaume for being extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement, très agréable, confortable, bien équipé, lumineux, avec une magnifique vue et grand balcon/terrasse aménagé. Nous avions meme des accès à une piscine/spa gratuits ce qui était vraiment top ! Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement !
