Apartment with balcony/terrace, parking, and panoramic sea view!
Ideally located along Boulevard Albert 1er, this magnificent apartment is situated in the most sought-after neighborhood of Le Havre. You can discover all the magic of the city of Le Havre (UNESCO World Heritage architecture).
You will stay at the foot of the beach, 200m from the famous MuMa museum, and 300m from the town hall and grocery shops.
The apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). It is on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure residence. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home.
Designed for 6 people, it consists of
- A large open kitchen with a small central island, fully equipped (refrigerator, small dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
- A dining area equipped with a table that can accommodate 6 settings.
- A living room equipped with a Smart TV directly opening onto an equipped balcony/terrace offering a splendid sea view.
- A first bedroom equipped with a quality 140x200cm bed with wardrobe.
- A second bedroom equipped with a Queen size 160x200cm bed with dressing room.
- An office equipped with a quality convertible sofa bed (140x200cm), giving access to a private terrace on the inner courtyard.
- A shower room with bathtub.
- The toilets are separate.
- A laundry room allowing you to store your belongings completes this exceptional property (also equipped with a washing machine).
It is also the ideal place for professionals wishing to work remotely, as the apartment is equipped with ultra-high-speed fiber.
A private parking space is available within the residence.
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental lease and activate the security deposit in case of excess or damage.
## Access
When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.
Parking around the accommodation is payable from 9 AM to 12 PM, then from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A little trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a good way to get around and discover the city.
The nearest underground parking to the accommodation: La Plage and Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12h, then €0.10/15min extra. 7-day pass €23.
## Interaction
We will be happy to personally welcome you to our accommodation. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key collection as best as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!
## Neighborhood
The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, gourmets will be satisfied with Les Halles, located less than a 5-minute by car from the apartment.

Your host will be at your disposal during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Reception will take place in person between 4 PM and 8 PM. Do not hesitate to inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to better organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.
We do our best to provide you with quality reception. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your security deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please inform us as soon as possible in case of an unforeseen event.
A valid ID may be required upon your arrival. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be made before your arrival.
If additional travelers not indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your security deposit.
