It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a private parking space. Enjoy the 116 m² garden! Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 18 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and access to terrace
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
- 17 m² garage for storing sports equipment, bicycles, etc.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer.
Exterior:
- 20 m² west-facing terrace with table and chairs, parasol
- An enclosed, private garden of 116 m² with a 15 m² wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The apartment is ideally located in Annecy-le-Vieux, nestled in a peaceful, enchanting setting. Situated at the junction of a dead-end road and a one-way street, it offers a very quiet environment. You'll have access to all the outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing in the heart of the surrounding greenery and taking full advantage of the tranquil surroundings.
You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
- For outdoor sports enthusiasts, the Veyrier trails are just 1.1 km away. The cycle path takes you around the lake, and for the more adept, up mythical mountain passes such as Col de la Forclaz, Col de Leschaux and Col de Bluffy, to name but a few.
- Thanks to the proximity of the lake, less than 5 minutes away on foot, you can enjoy a wide range of activities including swimming, pedal-boating and paddle-boarding. For thrill-seekers, two wake surfing and wakeboarding schools and rentals are just 1 km from the accommodation.
- Annecy's old town, nicknamed the Venice of the Alps, is a must-see with its wide choice of restaurants, bars, and stores

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (1 vehicle) or in the adjacent streets.
