In Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 60 m² south-facing flat is 400 meters from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- A 13 m² living room with sofa bed and TV
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and TV
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), with desk (teleworking possible) and TV
- Shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Tourist activities: visits to the D-Day landing beaches, museums, etc.
- Sports activities: sailing club, tennis club, city park, cycling
- Fishing
- Cinema
- Casino
- Media library
- Festivities: the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings at Courseulles-sur-Mer
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in front of the accommodation.
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen, about 23 km away (30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, approx. 25 km away (33 min by car)
Lines 101 and 121 of the Nomad bus will be at your disposal.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be paid to our local service provider).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
- Baby equipment can be hired: cot, high chair and playpen.

Wir konnten aus der Unterkünfte die gesamte Umgebung sehr gut erkunden. Der kurze Weg zum Strand hat uns sehr gefallen.Es war alles wie angegebene. Die Unterkunft ist sehr Ruhig gelegen.

Pura Vida "Leuke plek. Maar onze twee dagen waren veel te kort.
🙂 Goede ligging / rustige locatie. Zeer Gastvrij!
Veel gezelligheid en eetgelegenheden op de boulevard. En ook een VVV voor de nodige ℹ️
