It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 40 m² living room with TV and sofas - Dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate WC First floor: - Mezzanine area with single bed and cot - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - 300 m² enclosed garden - A 30 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days The house is ideally located in Maissemy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Leisure: water park 10 km away, bowling, fishing, cycling and hiking, horse riding at Trefcon - Sightseeing: visit the town of St Quentin and its park, visit the Vermand washhouse, walk and hike around the Bihécourt pond, cities (Paris 1h30, Lille 1h15, Reims 1h) Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. La Maissemiacoise "Agnes was amazing and very flexible with the check in and check out time.
House was clean, beautiful and very peaceful.
We enjoyed their big garden where children could play.

La Maissemiacoise "We waren de tweede huurders van deze accommodatie. We werden heel welkom ontvangen (en best laat op de avond, waarvoor dank). Het is een nieuwe accommodatie, van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfect om te relaxen, werken op afstand en wat Franse stadjes op afstand te bezoeken. Zelfs de buurvrouw heette ons welkom en nodigde ons uit in haar tuin.
