The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 110 m² house for rent in the town of Hennebont, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 250 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included.
We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with sofa, smart TV, electronic dartboard and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A utility room with worktop, sink for fishermen, washing machine, freezer, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) with dressing room - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Extension of the first floor: - Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a queen-size bed (140x190) with dressing room and office area.
Access to the sleeping area is via a staircase located inside this same bedroom - Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha grill, barbecue, washing machine, travel cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 250 m² south-facing garden including a seating area under the carport, an outdoor dining area, three sun loungers for relaxing, a large sheltered barbecue for outdoor meals, and a slide for the little ones to enjoy. - A 37 m² terrace A secure shed with a padlock is available for storing your bicycles (bicycle rack) and/or roof box, etc. The house is ideally located in Hennebont, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: Cultural visits: - Notre-Dame de Paradis Basilica: An impressive religious building with remarkable architecture and stained glass windows. - Hennebont National Stud Farm: Discover France's equestrian heritage through guided tours and shows. - Ramparts and old Hennebont: Stroll through the historic centre to admire the medieval ramparts and cobbled streets. Sports activities: - Hiking and cycling: Explore the hiking trails and cycle paths along the Blavet and through the countryside. - Canoeing and kayaking: Explore the Blavet River by canoe or kayak for a picturesque experience. - Horse riding: Equestrian centres offer lessons and horse riding. Excursions: - Lorient: A few kilometres away, Lorient offers a variety of activities such as the Cité de la Voile Éric Tabarly, museums, beaches and cultural events. - Beaches on the south coast of Brittany: Enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches nearby for relaxing days by the sea. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private car park opposite the front door.

For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - By car: Our accommodation is easily accessible via the N165, the main road linking Nantes to Brest. - Nearest train station: Hennebont SNCF train station - Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport is the nearest, located about 20 minutes away by car Other comments: - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available, very good speed suitable for remote working - Pets are allowed, but with a supplement of £15/stay.
Cats and dogs of all sizes are accepted.

La Loc'Oyarn "Maison agréable très bien équipée avec un jardin clôturé très bien entretenu. Très bon accueil même si pas de présence (boîte à clé).
