Cocoonr is offering this charming 36 m² flat for rent in the village of Flumet, featuring mountain views and within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 17 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bed linen is included, but towels are not provided – we look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 17 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet Outside: - An 8 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days - Shared swimming pool (7x16 m), heated and open from 15 December to 31 March and from 1 July to 31 August.
Opening dates are subject to change. The flat is ideally situated in Flumet, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: Skiing, rock climbing, hiking, a playground, a lake, road cycling, mountain biking… Transport: If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 space). A public car park is available near the accommodation at the resort. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-Le Fayet, 25 km away (around 40 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Annecy, 88 km away (around 1 hour 15 mins by car) Other notes: - Bed linen is included, but towels are not provided - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management service) and La Family Conciergerie (concierge and housekeeping service).
