Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in the village of Férel. It has a floor area of 149 m² and can accommodate up to 15 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room, a large fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and five shower rooms.
You can enjoy outdoor space of around 300 m²! Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A bright 65 m² living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining area and access to the terrace - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A shower room - A bathroom and a separate toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room and toilet - Bedroom 2: en-suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom and toilet - Bedroom 3: en-suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom and toilet On the second floor: - Bedroom 4: dormitory-style area sleeping 7, with 5 single beds (90×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine. Outdoors: - A private swimming pool (8×4), open from 1 May to 30 September and heated from 15 June, secured by a roller cover.
The pool’s opening dates are not binding and are subject to change.
Sun loungers will be provided. - A 120 m² north-facing terrace surrounding the swimming pool, with garden furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the fine weather - A second 90 m² south-facing terrace, with a covered area - A kitchen area with a barbecue The house is ideally situated in the heart of a small village, a 10-minute walk from the port of La Roche-Bernard.
You can relax in a peaceful and very pleasant setting.
All essential shops are within 5 minutes’ walk, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Brière Regional Nature Park - Guérande salt marshes - Pen Bé beaches and kitesurfing spot - Horse riding club - Pénestin water sports club offering all kinds of water sports, tree-top adventure courses… - Cycling - Festivals: Vilaine en fête, the Garennes Festival… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 3 vehicles) or in the surrounding public car parks. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Pontchâteau, approximately 19 km away (19 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Nantes, approximately 73 km away (51 mins by car) Other notes: - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. La maison est belle et les dortoires pour les enfants sont sympa,et l espace arrière bien sécurisé
Il y avait des odeurs d egoux dans les chambres,très désagréable pour dormir et piscine non chauffe le week-end du 10octobre,contrairement au site qui disait de mars a novembre

Nous sommes venu passer un weekend en famille, la maison est conforme aux photos. Très agréable et très fonctionnelle,
Nous avions vu une plancha sur l’annonce qui n’était pas la, et la piscine n’était pas chauffée.
Nous sommes tout de même très contents du séjour et nous recommandons le lieu !
