Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Peyrestortes, we offer this charming 118 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 9 travelers.
It features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 200 m² garden.

The apartment is composed as follows First floor - 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, cot, plancha, fan, iron. Exterior: - 200 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture and trampoline - A 6 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Peyrestortes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Beach 15 min away - Visit the entire Côte Vermeilles from Barcarès via Torreilles ,St Marie, Canet en Roussillon, St Cyprien , Argeles sur mer and the Catalan pearl of Collioure. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 cars. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Rivesaltes Sncf station approx. 5 min by car, Perpignan station approx. 15 min by car. - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, about 5 min by car. Other notes : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider). - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner).
