Outside : - A lovely, enclosed, private 40 m² garden - A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

La chaleur des pièces par une belle rénovation et belle décoration.
Sa fonctionnalité et sa proximité du Centre Ville.
Abattant WC du bas cassé (déjà signalé par un locataire en octobre 2025), fond de cuvette couvert de calcaire.
Mériterait d'être remplacé ainsi que la brosse et son récipient ((tout rouillé)
