Historic residence in Trani, located in the Torre della Guardia, built in 1569 by Charles V to defend the coast.
The apartment, spread over 90 sqm on two levels, can accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor, a large living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor, 3 sea-view bedrooms and a large bathroom.
The property features a large seafront square with direct access to the pebble beach, an outdoor shower, an extensive private green area, and parking. The internal space is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, dishwasher, small electric oven, and kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, desk, and access to the outdoor terrace; - HALF BATH with sink, bidet, and WC; - TERRACE furnished with direct access to the beach; - GARDEN. -> FIRST FLOOR - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two single beds; - BEDROOM III with two single beds (one of which is a fold-out bed); - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: 3 portable fans, mosquito screens, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. An uncovered parking space is available for guests. PLEASE NOTE: There are steps at the entrance of the apartment and to access the beach. The accommodation is spread over two levels connected by stairs - please be cautious if traveling with children. NO heating. NO A/C - 3 portable fans are provided. The apartment is at guests' disposal!
