Underground swimming pool reserved for guests - available from June to the end of September. Opening and closing are determined by the weather.


Pool Rules
- The pool is unsupervised, and no lifeguard is provided;

- The pool is not fenced;

- The pool reaches a depth of 2.9 meters at the deepest point and 1.2 meters at the shallowest point;

Guests are kindly requested never to leave children near the pool without adult supervision.


PLEASE NOTE: The villa is spread over two levels connected by stairs - please be cautious if traveling with children.

There are steps to reach the villa's entrance.

There is one step to access the bathtub in Bathroom IV.

The fireplaces in the two living rooms are NOT usable.


Guests will have full access to all areas of the house and there are no shared spaces.
