The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 30 m² flat for rent in the town of Tournan-en-Brie, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 14 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 10 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 14 m² living area with a double sofa bed, smart TV, workspace and dining area - A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob… - A bedroom with one double bed (140×190), a wardrobe and a smart TV - A private shower room, located on the landing outside the flat, opposite the front door - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a barbecue, a fan, and an iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A private 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Tournan-en-Brie, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market... Activities: - A lake just a 2-minute walk from the property, perfect for walks, hiking and cycling - Paris - Disneyland - Val d’Europe - Center Parcs Transport: If you choose to travel by car, you can park for free near the property. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Tournan-en-Brie station, 1 km away (about 5 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle - Orly, 45 km away (about 40 mins by car) RER terminus (Tournan-en-Brie station), which departs from Paris Saint-Lazare, and the first stop on the P train towards Coulommiers (which departs from Gare de l’Est) Other notes: - The flat’s private shower room is located opposite the flat in the entrance hall; there is a ‘private’ sign on the door and the key is on the key ring. - Bed linen and towels are provided - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Vreau sa fac o precizare importanta pentru cei ce vin în aceasta localitate .
Eu am avut o experienta tare ne plăcută , mi s-a furat o autoutilitara 3,5 T din parcare din aprooiera locuinței.

Le gite et vraiment bien, juste dommage que la salle de douche soit hors du logement , sinon mise a part ça c'etait vraiment parfait, des boissons, du café. je recommande sans hésitation.

La ville est très charmante et le logement très proche des commodités.
La salle de bain extrêmement petite ET placée dans l'entrée de l'immeuble à l'extérieur du logement !!! La propriété laisse à désirer ! Le matelas est complètement écrasé d'un côté, l'humidité et l'odeur qui va avec !!! Etc...!!!
