The Cocoonr agency offers this charming duplex apartment for rent in Auray, ideally located a stone's throw from the port of Saint-Goustan. The apartment has Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a surface area of 65 m², and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely, bright, and beautifully decorated 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms (one closed, the other open with a mezzanine), and a bathroom (with bathtub).
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, etc.
- A separate toilet
Duplex:
- A closed bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- An open mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), which can be converted into two single beds on request.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board, crib, and high chair.
The apartment is ideally located in Auray, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby at the Loc'h or Kériolet parking lots.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray station, 7 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique 1 hour 20 minutes
Other comments:
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Je préfère largement être accueillie plutôt que le système de boîte à clés très impersonnel.
Mais pour une fois je reconnais que la gestion par la conciergerie était efficace et non stressante.
