This is an apartment with a first floor and a second floor.
Only one neighbor above, which gives the impression of living in a house. The accommodation comprises : - bedroom with double bed; - a fully-equipped, functional kitchen; - a bathroom and an accessible shower room on the first floor; - a workspace suitable for laptops ; - and a lounge area with a convertible sofa, directly overlooking the garden, where you can enjoy lunch on sunny days. You'll particularly appreciate the brightness and the pretty garden. You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Wifi, Television, Senseo coffee machine, Toaster, Built-in smart oven, Microwave, Washing machine, Refrigerator, PRM access, ... Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment is ideally located 22 minutes' walk from the hypercentre, 25 minutes by metro from the center of Paris and 5 minutes' walk from the Saint-Ouen flea market for lovers of antiques and design. For your everyday needs, there's a G20 supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the city's famous landmarks, including : - Château de Saint-Ouen (28-minute walk) ; - the Mur des Je t'aime (28 minutes by public transport); - Musée de Montmartre (35 minutes by public transport); - Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre (29 minutes by public transport) and many more.
