It comprises: - A living room including a sofa bed. - A functional bathroom. - A fully equipped kitchen.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: filter coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, and much more.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the studio's major assets is its privileged location.
It is close to many places of interest, such as : - Pathé Les Rives de l'Orne cinema, just 9 minutes away. - The Hippodrome de Caen, a 15-minute walk away. - Parc Claude Decaen, also 15 minutes away. - Caen Marina, 19 minutes away, and much more.

Le fait que pour récupérer les clés il faut faire un petit escape game 😅 Une boite à clé cachée 2 ou 300 metres plus loin.
Sinon c'était propre sauf la vaisselle
Le propriétaire nous a bien indiqué et a répondu à tout nos messages.
