## Logement
Located on the ground floor facing an inner courtyard, this 13 m² studio includes
a sleeping area with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, a compact shower room (without a sink), and a fully equipped kitchen.
During your stay, you’ll have everything you need: coffee machine, bed linen, and towels are provided.
For your information, please note that mobile coverage is poor inside the accommodation.
You’ll particularly appreciate its great practicality and central location, close to shops and only 10 minutes from the heart of Paris.
The studio offers excellent access to public transport — within 500 meters, you’ll find metro line 5 (Hoche station), RER E (Pantin station), as well as trams and buses that will take you easily to the Stade de France.
A Franprix supermarket, located just 5 minutes away on foot, makes it convenient for your daily shopping.
Nearby, you can enjoy several points of interest such as Ciné 104 (11 minutes on foot), Parc de la Villette (9 minutes), Philharmonie de Paris (12 minutes), and the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie (10 minutes by tram) — and much more!

Fantastic! Property is excellent--clean, comfortable, full of amenities, and convenient to all of Paris. The property manager is friendly and responds immediately. We've never met, but he feels like a friend. I will definitely stay here when I am next in Paris. Highly recommended!
