It comprises : - A mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, plus another mezzanine with a comfortable double mattress. - A fully-equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation. - A functional bathroom. - A cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The following facilities are at your disposal: television, heating, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, and much more.
A garden shed is also available for storing your belongings.
Bed linen and towels can be provided at extra cost.
You'll particularly appreciate its location.
The apartment is just 800 m from the Chantemerle gondola and local shops, including a bakery, Carrefour Montagne and several restaurants.
A shuttle bus is just a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the area.

Positive:
Bon emplacement au calme. Présence d'un parking devant le logement. Logement individuel juste mitoyen avec un voisin.
Negative:
Prévoir le remplacement des vielles plaques électriques dans la cuisine.(ne chauffe quasiment plus).
Un micro-onde ou une bouilloire électrique permettrait de se faire rapidement chauffer de l'eau sans avoir à attendre 20 minutes avec les vielles plaques.
